So have you been using Vista for a while now and are sick of all those security dialog warnings from UAC. Well you can change that and disable warnings on things you know you executed hence reducing the habbit of auto-clicking continue. Mauricio posts on  how to do this. Nice...

Disabling the administrator UAC Prompt for consent, and changing it to no prompt will silently elevate process priveleges from standard to admin when those processes need to. ie your malware will silently elevate - it won't just be things you know you executed

Still you are much better off from a security point of view of leaving UAC on and changing the prompting, rather than disabling the UAC feature all together
